This truly is an event worth seeing, across the harbour in Aberaeron teams battle it out to stay dry. Those that lose their footing end up taking a dip.

The Hobbit\Lord of The Rings
With such a strong connection between Welsh and JRR Tolkien's work, this event should create quite a stir in Wales.Over a thousand visitors are anticipated to visit the little rural village of Pontrhydfendigaid, which is in itself is an unique location for this magical event.
